April 18, 2008 Dan "The Outlaw"
Hardy competed against UFC veteran "The
Grinder" Chad Reiner at Cage Warriors
Fighting Champion "Enter the Rough
House 6" for the vacant CWFC Welterweight
World Title. The Outlaw won the title
with a TKO victory. |
4/11/08:
On Friday Night
April 11, 2008 Sherman "The Tank"
Pendergarst competed at the First ever
Yamma Pit Fighting event. Sherman was
part of the 8-man Heavyweight Tournament
Championship. "The Tank" fought
tough heavyweight Alexey Oleinik of the
famed Red Devil Sports Club. The fight
ended in the closing minutes of the first
round with Oleinik winning with a submission
via choke. |

The IFL's Light
Heavyweight fight between Mike Ciesnolevicz
(Miletich Fighting Systems)
vs Carmelo Marrero
(American
Top Team)
was ruled a No contest
due to an accidental head clash that resuled
in a cut on the top of Carmelo's head. |
